About Mrs. Sadhna Prashar
Are you struggling to make a sense of life or facing untoward life challenges?
Does this sound familiar: I don’t know who to believe?
What is going on, is not in my control and can’t stop thinking?
Will anyone understand me?
Who can I share this with?
How can I cope with this?
When will it end? How can I change this?
Who will help me?
Are you aware of your low moods or heightened anxiety levels and you are confused by these feelings? Your low mood and loss of interest are causing difficulties. Then perhaps you need someone to talk to, to help you make a sense of the confusion you are feeling and the inexplicable emotions that can feel overwhelming and leave you in distress. As a qualified counsellor I offer an empathic, open, safe environment enabling you to explore those feelings, allowing you to better understand them and helping you to reconnect with your inner values and sense of self-worth.
It is so important for me to understand you very well and develop a trusting relationship to open up your true self without fear or worry. Together we can set your new goals and look forward to a more positive outcome.
